      Hi Ann,

As stated in the Community Guidelines & User Code of Conduct:

"These forums are intended for support questions, sharing ideas, tips, best practices and experiences. While Shutterfly employees monitor these forums and may post here, this is a user-to-user support community and not an official communication channel for Shutterfly."

I've been a member since 2005 and most things seem the same to me. That is, uploaded pictures can still be found on the "My Pictures" page. This is true even if you uploaded them directly to a project or to a share site.

Please be sure you are using the same login ID when looking for the pictures as you used when you uploaded them.

Additionally, since I cannot see your account, all I can suggest is that you contact Shutterfly's Customer Service because they can.

I so agree with Henry!  I have also been a member for years and My Pictures is where all can be found.  You must check out your sign in information, or contact Shutterfly!

Thanks, Henry.   I'll check to see if I can find my "uploaded" pics.   I appreciate your help.    srm

       Hello Sharon,

This post should go to your email so I will try to help you hear.

With my scanner I was sort of confused to find them also. I found that they went to a folder called MPX something. I use a cannon scanner. Also from my experience scanning old photos sometimes the scanner program saved them as adobe reader images it took for ever to find those also since they were put in my documents. I hope this helps a little.

For future reference... When I scan in photos I use the option on the computer to make sure it scans as an image and also at 300dpi since that setting is better for photo projects.

      Have a great night, Lori

I don't know who you people are, but when I go into my doc folder to check out some old photo's and they are gone and held captive by this site,,I don't think anything great about it at all, I think its another scam, where you have stolen my memories and you all should be ashamed of your selves!!!!!!

If it is possible to recover my photos I would love some help? all of my photo's since 2004 have been placed into my e-mail site, and into a my doc folder. any photos or long term items have been saved in the folder for years, it seems that for some reason all of the photo's I saved in this folder that were sent to me by family or friends using Kodak photo's have all been removed? none of the other photo's sent in any other manner have been touched? why is this? when I attempted to sign into shutterfly they want me to buy hard copies? is this a scam? they however do not show me my photo's?

    • Roger, (A Shutterfly User)

Firstly please stop using the word Scam! No one is expecting you to spend any money.

If the last time you looked at your photos was when Kodak existed then a lot has happened since then. Shutterfly took over from Kodak in 2012. Shutterfly e-mailed all the Kodak customers and offered to transfer the photos to Shutterfly.

Did you take advantage of this offer?

      Can you sign into Shutterfly?

If you can sign in with an e-mail address and a password then go to My Shutterfly > My Photos and tell me what you see.

If you would prefer it you can go to the link below to contact the Shutterfly customer care team and they will be happy to assist you with this matter.
