Title:
Photo editing tool not working properly
Summary:
When I double click on each photo tplaced on a photo page to edit (crop, red eye reduction, etc.), the pop up window with the picture does not scroll correctly. Help!
Content:

How can I get the picture editing window to scroll correctly? I can only see the top 1/3 of my picture with the cropping tool, but not the bottom of the picture or the cropping function buttons, nor the preview button at the bottom of the window. The top 2/3 of the edit your picture window is white. The only way to close out of the window is to hit the back button, which does not save any changes to the picture cropping.

that's happening to me right now, too. VERY frustrating. I've tried it in both Firefox and Chrome browsers and neither made a difference. Let me know if you find out anything!

It doesn't seem as bad if you use IE and auto-hide the Windows task bar. However, I still sent an email to the Shutterfly forum coordinators to alert them about this and asked them to pass it to the appropriate design/support team. Additionally, editing the photos in a Shutterfly account album seems to work fine.

Here's my response from Shutterfly personnel:

Yes, this is one of our known bugs, unfortunately. The only fix right now is to zoom out in your browser in order to see the buttons.
