I think it's best if you contact Shutterfly's Customer Service on this one. I'm never heard of a Shutterfly group account.
The following is from the Shutterfly Help Pagess:
We strongly recommend that many people not access one account. Only one person or household should access an account. Sharing an account, email addresses and passwords are inadvertently changed and can lock everyone out of the account. Also, sometimes credit card numbers are inadvertently saved in the account and then used by other people accessing the account. These issues can become very problematic.
We suggest that everyone in your group create their own account. Users will then be able to upload their images and use our share online tool to share their images via email with other members of your group to a collection that your friends/family has started. Individual users will then be able to save the shared images to their account and add them to your collection if they wish. This way everyone has their access to the images without creating any confusion and mistakes.
Please remember that this is a users' forum which means that most answers, like this one, are posted by Shutterfly users. This also means that I cannot look at your projects or your account.
