    Youth Roster and snack schedule

    I've added a snack schedule.  On my view I can see where someone can click and add their name for snacks ("sign up").  but on the view by others, it doesn't give that option?  They should be member's so I'm not sure what is happening.  How do I make sure that others can click the sign up on the snack schedule also?

      You need to change the roster page permissions to allow member have "Edit" rights as well as "Contribute" rights. When I switched to the "Preview" view without "Edit" rights, I didn't see the "Sign up" option. Once I set the member rights to include "Edit", the "Sign-Up" option became visible in the "Preview" view. I also checked it out with a test id which is a member and the test id did see the "Sign-up" option once "Edit" rights were set.
